CREATION OF INSPECTIONS:
The Business Manager, from the head office, designs and conceives inspection processes whose data will be organized and entered into Trust Your Brand through simple and intuitive processes completely adapted to the information in your organization's existing databases.
EXECUTION OF INSPECTIONS:
The Area Manager or Inspector receives in the Mobile app the inspection processes assigned to the set of stores for which he is responsible, from that moment on he will be able to carry out these processes evaluating the questions related to the inspection.
CREATION OF ACTION PLANS:
Whenever necessary, the Area Manager or Inspector will be able to create and assign action plans with specific and objective tasks with the purpose of correcting or optimizing any incident that may be identified at a given point of sale.
MONITORING ACTION PLANS:
Action plans are monitored, accompanied and implemented by the respective Store Manager of each store. This team member is responsible for maximizing all resources and processes that interfere with the entire customer experience.
RESULTS:
With different user profiles available to which specific permissions will be assigned, the results and statistics of the processes are always available for consultation by all participants.
